How it works
How does selling trade services on Exportain work?
You register, Exportain verifies your business, your services go into the public directory, and buyers and sellers send you service requests that you answer in chat and turn into paid orders.
Step 1: Register
Pick the services you provide from Exportain's service list and create your account.
Join as a providerStep 2: Verify with documents
Confirm your email and mobile number (Bangladeshi numbers by SMS or WhatsApp), then upload your trade licence and business registration. Exportain staff review them.
Step 3: List your services
Describe the coverage, cargo and licences for each service. Once your business registration is approved, your services appear in the public directory.
Step 4: Receive leads
Buyers and sellers send service requests straight to your listing. Each one lands in your Leads inbox and you are emailed.
Step 5: Chat and send an offer
Reply in Exportain's chat, agree the scope, and send a firm, priced offer the customer can accept.
Step 6: Get paid
When the customer pays online, Exportain holds the money until the work is confirmed, and a person releases it to you.

How does Exportain keep service deals safe?
Providers are checked by people before they are listed, customer payments for online service orders are held by Exportain until the work is confirmed, and chat keeps the conversation and its links on Exportain.
Verified before listed
A provider appears in the directory only after Exportain staff approve its business registration, and leaves it automatically if that approval is withdrawn or the document expires.
Money held by Exportain for service orders
Online payments are held until the customer confirms the work. If they disagree, the money stays held until an Exportain administrator rules on the evidence.
Moderated chat
External links can't be sent in chat. Exportain, Google Meet and Zoom links can, so meetings still happen and the deal stays on record.
Plans never buy trust
A paid plan buys listing capacity. It never buys a badge or a higher place in the directory.

Does it cost anything to join?
Joining is free. Every new provider starts on the Free plan, whose free period begins when the account is created; to stay listed after it ends, choose the paid Gold or Platinum plan, which also lets you list more services.

Who can join Exportain as a service provider?
Any business that provides trade services: freight forwarders, logistics companies, shipping agents, customs brokers (C&F agents), inspection and quality-control companies, warehouses, sourcing and buying agents, export documentation, trade finance, cargo insurance, packaging, certification and testing, and trucking. You choose your services from Exportain's list when you register.
What documents do I need to get verified?
Your trade licence is required. Depending on your company's legal form you can also add the company TIN, the director's personal TIN, a certificate of incorporation and a BIN/VAT certificate, and the owner verifies their identity with an NID or passport. Exportain staff review every document.
When do my services appear in the directory?
As soon as Exportain approves your business registration. If that approval is withdrawn or the document expires, your services leave the directory until it is renewed.
How do I receive leads?
Buyers and sellers on Exportain send a service request to your listing. It arrives in your Leads inbox with the service, route and details, you get an email, and your reply opens a conversation in Exportain's chat.
How do I get paid for a service order?
Send the customer a priced offer. When they accept and pay online, Exportain holds the money while you do the work; once they confirm it, an Exportain team member releases the payment to you. Payments are never released on a timer.
Does it cost anything?

Its free period starts when your account is created and you are emailed before it ends; to keep your services listed after that, choose Gold or Platinum. Can I share my website or other links in chat?
No. External links can't be sent in Exportain's chat. You can share Exportain, Google Meet and Zoom links.
